There is no excuse for lack of professional integrity...I dont care where it is. Dealership, dry cleaners, dentists office, copy shop....IT DOES NOT MATTER. Did they do permanent damage? No. That is not the issue, the issue is they were entrusted with his car to do nothing more than the work they were being paid to do. The car does not magically become theirs to do whatever they see fit with as soon as he drops it off until he picks it back up.
